Tired of City Water. Tastes Like Pool Water!

Okay, I admit it. I buy bottled water because I can't stand the taste of city water. Seriously, it tastes like pool water, there's so much chlorine in it. And don't even get me started on how hard the water around here is. If I could only get a water softener for my entire apartment, I'd be overjoyed. I know people with water softener filters, and they love it. Their skin is softer. Their water tastes better. Their showers aren't coated in limescale. Oh, if only I could convince my apartment to do this. But, alas...they own the pipes, I don't. So, I will just have to make do with my bottled water and faucet water filters for drinking.
