Well, today I turn 36, and I always said I'd try to buy a house before I turned 40. So, I have only 4 years left before that can happen. I actually started looking about 3 years ago, but then my mom died...so that all got put on hold for a bit. So, I'm still in the market for a first mortgage loan, and I ran across Fast Home Loans, which I might keep bookmarked for when I do decide to buy a house (or a condo, more likely). It looks like a fast, easy service for any type of mortgage or home equity loan, really.
